Tracking numbers are easily the most versatile way to track how your advertising campaigns are doing. Each campaign is assigned a unique tracking phone number. This number is connected to our call dashboard. When a call is received through a tracking number, a number of different actions are taken to record data about the call. Many peices of information are captured, such is the number of who called, the caller ID information, how many times they called, the duration of the call, the campaign they called about, and a full audio recording of the phone conversation.

Along with gathering all of this critical data, our Call Dashboard is able to create reports and visual graphs to show the data in many ways. Unique calls, repeat calls, time of day the calls are received, and location of the caller is all just a click away. We also setup the tracking numbers to screen a call to see if it's a new rental opportunity or if it's an existing tenant. This data makes it possible to see the difference between new rentals and existing tenants inside of the Call Dashboard reports.

The Call Dashboard also includes the ability to set a whisper message. When a call is placed by a potential customer, the tracking number will play the whisper message to the employee answering the call. This message can be anything, including a useful indication, such as the name of the campaign. By knowing which campaign the potential customer is calling about, your employee can offer a special appropriate to the campaign, keeping you one step ahead of your caller and the competition.
